This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing company and gain first-hand experience in sales and in the travel industry. You will be part of the Commercial team which is responsible for signing new deals and managing existing partnerships with the most successful travel companies in the world.

What will you do?

As a Business Development Intern, you will support the Commercial Team in driving growth and strengthening partnerships with leading travel companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying new global B2B leads and potential partners.

  • Running outbound sales campaigns via email, phone, and other communication channels.

  • Supporting the sales pipeline and CRM data management.

  • Conducting performance tracking, analyses, and reporting on sales initiatives.

  • Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and partnership proposals.

  • Taking ownership of the inbound sales process from first contact to contract signing

Job requirements

What do you need?

  • Passion for sales, business and startups

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a good sense of humour

  • A hardworking, proactive and independent attitude

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Bonus points if you:

  • Have previous sales or business development experience

  • Speak Dutch or another language

Qualifications:

🎓 Studying Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent studies
🇳🇱 Based in the Netherlands
🧩 A problem-solving, get-things-done attitude
📊 Data analysis experience is a plus
🖥️ Experience working with Excel
📅 Available full-time (40 hours a week)
