Commercial intern (Partner Success and Sales)

Transferz operates a global marketplace for ground transportation, dedicated to travellers, travel brands, and transfer companies. Travellers can complete their travel plans with door-to-door transfers by selecting the transfer they want, based on vehicle type and price, and enjoy peace of mind on the first and last mile of their journeys.

With coverage in 150+ countries and 1.500+ airports and more than 5.000 transfer companies in the network; Transferz is truly global. We have the ambition to become the market leader in ground transportation worldwide and therefore, we are looking for a Commercial Intern to join our Commercial team in Amsterdam; starting September or October 2025. The Commercial team consists of the Partner Succes Managers, Account Executives, Partner- and Commercial support, and the Onboarding Manager.

Your day-to-day work will consist of compiling data received from our demand partners, reviewing and analysing it to optimise existing partnerships, make business projections, and provide insights on revenue-generating title selections! Moreover, as you like the thrill you will aid in reaching out and closing partnerships with the most successful travel companies on the globe!

What will you do?

📂 Assist with account management with our Partners and identifying partner-specific opportunities;
📊 Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate;
📣 Manage multiple aspects of partner success management (campaign setup, deployment, reporting);
🔍 Research and generate lists of potential customers and contact via email or cold calling;
💡 Learn and apply sales techniques;
📅 Organizing timelines and supporting efforts to achieve the company’s goals;
📝 Preparing professional-quality documents and communications;
🤔 Think critically when planning to assure project success.

What do you need?

• You are enrolled in university;

• You are looking for an internship starting September or October 2025 for at least 5 to 6 months;

• Knowledge and or interest about Sales, Account Management, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;

• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is very much preferred;

• An entrepreneurial spirit with a good sense of humour

• A hardworking and independent attitude;

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
