What You’ll Do 
As a Compliance Intern / Regulatory Affairs Intern, you’ll dive into the world of airport regulations, taxi permits, and insurance requirements (such as life and health insurance). You'll learn how global ground transportation operates, and the risks and challenges that come with it. 
Although we don’t expect you to be our expert from day one, we are looking for someone who is ready to go, highly detail-oriented, has experience working with regulations, and preferably has an affinity with airports, travel or ground transportation. You approach your work with curiosity and precision, and you’re eager to explore the complex world of international airport compliance. 

Reporting to our CFO and working closely with the Operations teams (Supply & Support), the Finance team, and the Data team, you’ll analyze airport regulations and compliance topics. You’ll gather accurate, up-to-date information by speaking with transfer companies, conducting desk research, and engaging with partners. Your goal: uncover bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and help us stay ahead of the curve. 

Your work will be split into two phases: 

Step 1 – Research & analysis 
You’ll map out which regulations apply in each region and state (where it can even vary between taxi providers, ride-hailing services, etc., operating in one airport). Using a clear template, you’ll help us prioritize what’s critical, what’s missing, and what needs to be onboarded immediately. 
Step 2 – Implementation 
You’ll support putting the findings into action. This includes defining what should be in place per region and ensuring all teams follow the same process toward full compliance. 

You’ll also assist the Operations team with supporting tasks to better understand their work and help with compliance during the onboarding of new, licensed suppliers; giving you the chance to make a real impact quickly. 

What We’re Looking For 

• You are currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in: 

  1. Law, international or European Law 

  2. Compliance & Integrity or Safety and Risk Management 

• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus 

• Strong analytical ability to understand complex regulations 

• Effective communicator with solid stakeholder management skills 

• Detail-oriented and thorough researcher 

• Proactive, eager to learn, and growth-minded 

• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
