Do you have a background in System Administration and enjoy supporting internal stakeholders with their technical devices? Are you passionate about ensuring hardware and software are secure, up to date, and functioning optimally?

As an IT Services Specialist (aka System Administrator), you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence by keeping our internal systems running smoothly and optimal every day. Therefore, we are now seeking a Modern Workplace System Administrator to take our organization to the next level. You'll report to the CTO and the position is for a minimum of 32 hours a week.

What will you do?
Procure, install, configure, and maintain employee workspaces (primarily Dell & Apple laptops), video conferencing and networking equipment (Ubiquiti) and fiber connectivity (Eurofiber);
Providing technical support to end-users, both in-house (Amsterdam, Córdoba and Bangkok) and remote;
- First line remote support (phone/chat/email) on hardware & software for employees;
- Collection and cleansing of hardware from leavers to prepare for new users;
- Full Microsoft 365 tenant management incl. Exchange Online configuration, security hardening & backup;
- Managing and extending the Microsoft Intune deployment automation;
- Setup & maintenance of Azure Virtual Desktop environment for remote users;
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues as they arise;
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and regular updates;
- Vendor selection and implementation of organization-wide solutions & services (MDM, device tracking, anti-virus, remote management, password managers, etc.)

Job requirements
We believe you’re suited for the role when you:
- have at least 4 years experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar;
- have a degree (minimally MBO 4 or equivalent) and certification in related fields, including MS-900, MD-102, MS-102 and AZ-900;
- have experience in managing hard- & software solutions in a distributed environment environment in an organization with 50+ employees;
- possess strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, including remote management solutions;
- have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Microsoft InTune, Entra and Exchange;
- have been responsible for vendor selection for organization-wide tools & services;
- are an excellent problem solver and be able to effectively explain solutions to others;
- are friendly, communicative and like interacting with stakeholders in- and outside the company.
We can offer you:
- a position for minimally 32 hours a week;
- a competitive salary: €45,000 till €65,000 gross per year, based on a full-time contract;
