Do you want to grow within Transferz? If you answer is yes, that is great! We are opening a position for an Onboarding Management Associate to help with the onboarding of new clients.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in assisting with the onboarding of new partners, ensuring their smooth integration and understanding of customer touchpoints. If you have great organizational skills, and excel in time management, this is a great opportunity for you! You will be working closely with Katarina - Onboarding Manager, the commercial- and product team.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in overseeing the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are effectively integrated.

  • Help Katarina in preparing progress reports, ensuring data accuracy and reflecting partner and project status.

  • Support various aspects of partner campaigns, including setup, deployment, and reporting.

  • Organize and manage timelines to support company goals and ensure project success.

  • Prepare professional-quality documents and communications.

  • Think critically when planning to ensure project success and support side projects benefiting partnership initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge and/or a background in project management, Sales or Business is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present data.

  • Experience with Project Managing tools, Microsoft Office, Design is preferred.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a good sense of humor.
