Travellers can complete their travel plans with door-to-door transfers by selecting the transfer they want, based on vehicle type and price, and enjoy peace of mind on the first and last mile of their journeys.


With coverage in 150+ countries and 1.500+ airports and more than 5.000 transfer companies in the network Transferz is truly global. We have the ambition to become the market leader in ground transportation worldwide and therefore, we are looking for a Onboarding Manager Intern to join our team!


You will support the Partner Success team at our Amsterdam office, and your day-to-day work you will be responsible for the onboarding and management of new partners, ensuring their smooth integration and understanding of their customer touchpoints. Your role will include daily communication with partners, account management, and supporting side projects to enhance partnership success. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and time management.


What Will You Do?

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are effectively integrated.
  • Submit detailed weekly progress reports, ensuring that data is accurate and reflective of partner and project status.
  • Oversee various aspects of partner campaigns including setup, deployment, and reporting.
  • Organize and manage timelines to support company goals and ensure project success.
  • Prepare professional-quality documents and communications.
  • Think critically when planning to ensure project success and support side projects that benefit partnership initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a good sense of humor.
  • A hardworking and independent attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
