Passionate about leading and empowering my team
I oversee a team of seven Destination Managers (DMs) across Europe, guiding them to deliver seamless, pre-booked ground transportation that meets the highest quality standards. In addition to managing this team, I take direct responsibility for the performance of our UK hubs. My role is to ensure both the team’s and my hubs’ travelers enjoy smooth, reliable journeys, from booking to destination.

I provide strategic direction to ensure we maintain an optimal balance of price, fleet, and capacity across all managed regions. I coach and support my team to make data-driven decisions that lead to continuous service improvement and growth.
Data-driven and always focused on improvement
Every day, I guide my team in analyzing performance metrics using PowerBI, tracking key indicators like ride volume, cancellations, and customer feedback. I encourage my DMs to not only solve immediate issues, but to also look for trends that drive continuous improvement. Personally, I take the same approach in managing UK hubs, ensuring consistent growth and operational excellence.
Proactive in managing quality across multiple hubs
I ensure that my team has robust processes in place to measure and improve quality, using tools like the Transco Reward Program and Transferz Data Quality Tree. As a leader, I help my DMs anticipate and address potential volume disruptors or local events that may impact demand and quality. For the UK hubs, I act quickly when issues arise, ensuring that we maintain high service standards.

Together, we work on short-, mid-, and long-term goals to elevate service quality and expand capacity. For the UK hubs, I take a hands-on approach, ensuring that Transcos are aligned with our high standards and that we capitalize on growth opportunities.
Leading growth and driving innovation
I am constantly identifying ways for my team and the UK hubs to grow. I mentor my DMs in expanding capacity, onboarding larger Transcos, and executing strategies to meet growing demand. When opportunities arise, I act quickly—both in my role as a leader and as a hands-on DM for the UK hubs.
